The aim of Blue Crab Realty is to combine both Real Estate industry knowledge and the need to help those less fortunate; to create an experience for our clients ensuring that they have an outstanding Real Estate experience and know that they are helping to make a positive impact. For each successful transaction through Blue Crab Realty, we will make a $150 donation to a local charitable organization and additional $150 donation to organizations that restore and protect Florida’s ecosystem and waterways. Scott Webb, Broker / Owner

Scott has been working in Real Estate in various capacities for the last 12 years. He began his career completing renovations and remodeling homes. That skill has enabled him to provide key insight in the Real Estate Industry. Correctly understanding renovation costs and accurate sales prices have enabled him to assist Buyer, Sellers, and Investors in making the appropriate decisions.

Scott was born and raised in Central Florida and as such spent much of his youth enjoying much of what Florida has to offer. Lakes, Rivers, Streams, and the Ocean were a frequent part of his life. At a young age his father bought him a small Boston Whaler that was painted both Teal and Blue which earned it the name The Blue Crab. For several years, Scott and his family and friends explored almost every inch of waterways in Central Florida and on both coasts. Though they sometimes got stuck, stranded, and lost along the way, all the experiences were priceless. Scott now appreciates the time spent with his lovely wife Elaine and three children creating even more lasting memories.
